CONSULTING:

    As far as consulting is concerned, 80% of your job will be of communication while 15% of which is relationship management and 5% is Research-based.  How well you communicate with clients matters the most and which tools are you using plays a significant role. The clients will give you their problem, but how will you frame it using the tools to make it easier to understand is the top priority. Some of the tools in which you should be pro are Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


The Pyramid Principle:

       The Pyramid Principle is the simple method to structure the document in 3 parts i.e. Introduction, Main Body, and Conclusion. Each of the supporting arguments will of Idea, Fact, Logic, and Data. Use Pictures and graphs to make an impact. And before structuring the document, you first need to find the answers to the following questions:
  • What is the objective of my document?
  • Who is the audience?
  • What is the context in which this content will be consumed?
  • Have I listed all the aspects of the document?

Personal Branding:

    A personal brand allows a person to self manage their life without having to depend on others. A person's brand is an important part of a person's career. 
  • Excel in your career
  • A person's brand means more people know you than people you know.
  • The personal brand builds credibility as a thought leader and expert in the area of specialty.
